1751 Gimlet

 

Simple yet elegant, this cocktail usually calls for lime juice but we prefer fresh lemon juice that pairs so well with our gin. A true classic! 

* 2 oz Gin Lane 1751 London Dry Gin
* 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
* 1 oz Simple Syrup
* Lemon Wheel

Add all ingredients into ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
