  1. SPONSOR

The Gin Lane 1751 Summer Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Gin Lane 1751 ("Sponsor").

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Monthly drawings will be conducted from all eligible entries received during each monthly entry period.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form available through Sponsor's website during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per email address during each monthly entry period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to submit entries is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

  1. PRIZES

Grand Prize (One Winner Per Month)

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500

Each Grand Prize winner will receive a Loaded Bar Cart Package, which may include:

• Gin Lane 1751 gift certificate redeemable where legally permitted
• Premium mixers and tonic waters
• Barware and entertaining accessories
• Glassware
• Coasters and related promotional items

Runner-Up Prizes

Mixer Pack
ARV: $100

May include premium tonic waters, mixers, juices, and cocktail recipe materials.

Merch Pack
ARV: $200

May include branded apparel and merchandise, including but not limited to a hoodie, t-shirt, hat, tote bag, and other promotional items.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable.

No cash substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is approximately $2,400.

  1. WINNER SELECTION

Potential winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via email using the email address provided at entry.

Potential winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require winners to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.

  1. AGE VERIFICATION

Winners may be required to provide proof of age and identity before a prize is awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide satisfactory proof of eligibility.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

  1. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and for administration of this Sweepstakes.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. WINNERS LIST

For the names of winners, send a request to Sponsor within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
