The famous Paris hotel where poet and playwright Oscar Wilde penned his last entry, this cocktail pays tribute to the romantic city with its superbly balanced tart and savory flavors.

* 2oz Gin Lane 1751 ‘Victoria’ Pink Gin
* 1oz Rhubarb Liqueur
* 1oz Lavender Syrup
* 1oz Lemon juice
* Thyme & Lavender Sprig

Add all ingredients into ice-filled shaker. Shake and double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with dried lavender and sprig of thyme.
