Rosemary Fizz
An herbal spin on the classic gin fizz cocktail with fresh Rosemary and Clementine juice. Refreshing and delicious with bright, savory flavors.
* 2 oz Gin Lane 1751 London Dry Gin * 1 1⁄2 oz Clementine (or Orange) Juice * 1⁄2 oz Lime Juice * 1⁄2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup * Top with Club Soda * Rosemary Sprig
Combine all ingredients except club soda in ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with Rosemary sprig and lime wheel.
